Car was ready, clean and pickup staff was very helpful with clear operation instructions. Charges were clear and matched estimates made at time of reservation. Nothing hidden. Car's rear seatbelt turned out to be non-functional causing back seat passengers discomfort as one had to sit in middle, cramping the other. Drop off was slow at airport though there was no problem at all with the car as returned.
