Hello Your website was facing a problem when i booked,after i write the payment card it gave me that there is an error and give me sad face. And i tried another time and it also gives me the same problem So i booked car from another office. Next day i see an email that there is a car in avis and is booked,i contact avis to cancel the reservation but they told me that i should contact kayak. And i contact you and they open a ticket for that and i'm waiting for the response I want a full refund for that situation because the problem was on your website and i didn't get any message from the visa card compant that the reservation has been booked
