I booked my car to be picked up from Harry Reid Airport but was told that my rental was 30 miles away. I had to take an Uber and pay $45 to get to the off airport location to pick up my car

They did not have the vehicle I reserved. They failed and lied about calling me to advise me. I will think twice about renting from this site…Rampart Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada. I had to scramble to get a rental from another company.

The pickup process took forever and pushed way past our arrival time. It took over an hour and then they didn't even have the car I reserved. They need more staff working. The staff were great, they just needed help.
