Wonderful|Apr 2023

Great staff, no wait time, upgraded from a sedan to an SUV for no extra price. There is a huge difference in price from picking a car up at the airports or picking it up at eg. 555 Bell road. (3 times more money). We were fortunate enough to get a car for 1/3 the price. Kayak and Enterprise did a good job.

I forgot to mention to the rep that the wiper blades didn’t work properly. The seat also didn’t have an adjustment to raise it . ( which would have made the driving more comfortable for me )

I didnt get to rent this car because flight was delayed, and this business closes at noon on Saturdays. I should have had a normal car for $165, instead I landed at 4pm saturday 3/18/23 and had to rent some crazy contraption of Turo, because the only alternative was to rent same car from Enterprise at the airport for almost $785. So I toured Arizona in a 2 seat turbo convertible owned by some guy with about as much trunk storage as a glovebox in a normal car. I mean there wasnt so much as a map pocket or a drink holder. I dont know who I am more pissed at Enterprise for staffing their offices so lightly or Frontier airlines for randomly rescheduling flight times, but you both suck.

Website said I could rent with an atm card. Got there and they said no, they can't which would leave me stranded in a city I wasn't familiar with.

The agents wouldn't budge on the rules or offer any alternatives.

Car was pretty clean but could of been wiped down a little better in the cup holders but wiped them out myself with the Clorox wipe provided

The pick up was terrible it took a long time I didn’t get out of there until about 45 min after my scheduled pick up time
