Avis cancelled my reservation just 2 hours before pickup because they didn't have any cars. Zero inventory! I had the reservation for over a week and even checked in the day before with my credit card. Yet they waited until the day of pickup on a holiday weekend to inform me they have no cars! They had to have known that well before. They didn't attempt to find a location that had inventory for me, and instead gave me the customer support line which was completely unhelpful. My 80 yo father had to drive me 2 hours to find a vehicle same day from a different company. If you read the reviews on Google this apparently happens often and some times they don't even call to inform. I strongly suggest you remove the Avis in Raleigh on Glenwood Ave from your listing.
