The Library

If you’re looking for a classic hangout that looks true to its name, then you must check out this hidden gem which is situated on Courtenay Place. It’s a vintage hideaway with good drinks, and even better atmosphere complimented with live music.

The Library serves just about every drink you could think of from wine to champagne and even rare wines. And for a late night snack, don’t forget to try their nibbles from their menu.

Black Dog Brewery

Black Dog Brewery is known for its delicious craft beers. Offering an interesting alternative to the beers that are on the market in New Zealand already. It’s not often you would find a working brewery in the middle of a city, but Wellington is the Craft Beer Capital of New Zealand.  Black Dog certainly delivers a quality product and now you can visit their bar on Blair Street to taste their heavenly craft beer.
