Flight was delayed 4 hours. Did get comp tickets for lunch. Couldn’t change my connecting flight online or via the airline at the airport. Hawaiian Airlines reservation and airplane technology is really subpar. Needs a serious upgrade. No WiFi on the plane. No electrical outlets. Seats were comfortable. Crew were very friendly.

Our flight was just a short inter-island flight. We departed early, and arrived at our destination much earlier than expected. The flight attendants we're friendly and efficient. The plane was old, and the seats were OK for a short flight.
