Flight was delayed which meant I’d likely miss my connecting flight. After repeatedly asking to help, the staff just asked me to talk to other staff once o miss the flight on the other end. Terrible service I thought. She was quite respectful And courteous and came across as “she tried to help”, although she didn’t - possibly due to what they’re trained to do by Jetstar.

We had booked business class with Turkish airlines. When we checked in we were put on the worst seats on the plane. We expected better.

The only positive was that we arrived at our destination. We will never fly with Jetstar again. Flight left Townsville late -minimal announcements at the airport re what was happening. Arrived in Melbourne at 1.00 a m. Parked far away from the terminal so we had to walk down stairs in pouring rain and strong winds.no help from crew. We were drenched by the time we got int the terminal. Only food/drinks at exorbitant cost. Seats very crowded and uncomfortable. Overall a very miserable experience.
